Machine and Production Data: We collect data from your concrete mixing equipment including batch tickets, production metrics, and equipment status. GPS location data from routers is relayed in real time but not stored.

Security Logs: We collect security and audit logs to protect the integrity, availability, and security of the platform. These logs help us detect unauthorized access, investigate incidents, support compliance requirements, and maintain system reliability.

Push Notification Data (Optional): If you choose to enable push notifications, we collect limited technical information necessary to deliver those notifications to your device. This information is used solely to support notification functionality and is not used for tracking, marketing, or analytics purposes. Push notification data is associated with your device or browser and can be disabled at any time through your settings.

We use personal information only for purposes that are reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, and secure the BaylynxPortal platform, and to support our customers' operational, reporting, and compliance needs.
